Baytowne Adventure Zone

Tucked inside The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin, Baytowne Adventure Zone is the original zipline and aerial adventure park on the Emerald Coast. It is the exclusive adventure operator inside the resort, so you can make a full day of it — zip lines, ropes courses, rock walls, and bungee trampolines right next to the village shops, restaurants, and lagoon.

Main Attractions:

• Baytowne Zipline - 45 feet high, 300 feet long, flying straight across the Baytowne lagoon
• Sky Trail Ropes Course - Three levels of aerial obstacles topping 40 feet, with harnesses the entire way
• SkyTykes Ropes Course - Designed just for toddlers and early-elementary kids
• Rock Climbing Wall - Multi-route climbing wall for all skill levels
• Bungee Trampolines - Soar higher than you thought possible with assisted launches

Height & Weight Requirements:

• Zipline: Minimum 42″ tall, weight between 30 and 300 pounds
• Sky Trail Ropes Course: 42″-48″ must be accompanied by an adult; 48″+ may participate independently

Hours (seasonal, check site before visiting):

• Monday-Friday: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
• Saturday-Sunday: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

Pro Tips:

• Pair with dinner at Baytowne Wharf — park once and let the kids run between attractions and the playground
• Evenings are cooler and less crowded in peak summer
• Wear closed-toe shoes (required for the ropes course)
