The celebration kicks off July 3 with the community's iconic Independence Day Bike Parade — meet at Cerulean Park at 10 AM for bike decorating, then roll out at 10:30 AM in a colorful procession that winds through the neighborhood to Marina Park. It's quintessential small-town Americana with a beach-town twist.</p><p>The festivities build to a crescendo on July 4th with a poolside Chef's Cookout from 9 AM to sunset, live music at the pool deck from 11 AM to 9 PM, and the crown jewel: fireworks exploding over the Gulf of Mexico at 8:30 PM. Special beach chair setups let you claim the perfect fireworks-viewing spot on the sand starting at 5:30 PM.
