The Walk to End Alzheimer's comes to Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach for its 2026 Emerald Coast edition. Part of the Alzheimer's Association's nationwide network of more than 600 walks, this community event is the world's largest fundraiser for Alzheimer's care, support, and research.
Registration opens at 9:30 AM with an opening ceremony at 10:30 AM, followed immediately by the walk. Participants carry Promise Garden flowers in honor of those affected by Alzheimer's — each color representing a different relationship to the disease. There is no registration fee, though all walkers are encouraged to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association's 24/7 helpline and ongoing research programs.
