Seaside Halloweener Derby and Dog Costume Contest

16th annual dachshund race and Halloween costume contest at the Seaside Amphitheatre. Costumed wiener dogs race across the lawn for prizes and glory. Registration opens 9:15 a.m.; races begin 10 a.m. Free to spectate.
