The Schooners Lobster Festival is a four-day extravaganza bringing live Maine lobsters straight to the emerald waters, where chefs prepare them in every imaginable way: grilled tails, lobster bisque, lobster mac & cheese, lobster pot pie, and a beachside whole-lobster feast that has become legendary among returning guests.</p><p>Each evening features live music from some of Schooners favorite performers on the Beach Stage, with gulf breezes, salt air, and the sound of waves providing the perfect backdrop to a cold drink and a plate piled high with crustacean goodness.
