The Sandestin Turkey Trot invites resort guests, vacationers, and locals alike to lace up and hit the course through Sandestin's gorgeous fairways and sun-dappled grounds before the big meal begins.</p><p>Choose between the 5K fun run or the family-friendly 1-mile walk. Both kick off at 7:30 AM, giving you the built-in excuse to enjoy every bite at the table later. The first 200 registrants receive a complimentary T-shirt, and all proceeds benefit the Sandestin Foundation for Kids — so every step you take supports children in the community.</p><p>Thanksgiving week at the beach is one of the Emerald Coast's most magical times, with smaller crowds and stunning November light over the Gulf.
