Start your Sunday morning with yoga and puppies! Join Aly Gray of FIT30A for a special pilates session at Alaqua Animal Refuge, surrounded by adorable rescue animals. This charity event benefits the animals at Alaqua, so bring your mat and your love for pups. Limited spots available — register in advance.
