The Pensacola Interstate Fair is one of the Gulf Coast region's most beloved annual traditions — an 11-day celebration of community, agriculture, and good old-fashioned fair fun that draws hundreds of thousands of visitors each fall. Set at the sprawling Pensacola Interstate Fairgrounds, the fair transforms the grounds into a magical world of carnival rides, livestock exhibitions, live concerts, carnival games, and the kind of indulgent food that only exists at state fairs.
Whether you're a thrill-seeker drawn to the midway rides, a foodie in search of the most creative deep-fried creation, or a family looking for an authentic American fair experience, the Pensacola Interstate Fair delivers. Agricultural exhibits showcase the region's farming heritage with award-winning livestock, produce, and crafts, while evening concerts bring in regional and national acts for live entertainment under the Gulf Coast stars.
Located about 50 miles west of Destin, the Pensacola Interstate Fair is a perfect day-trip excursion during a longer Emerald Coast vacation. Monday through Friday the gates open at 5 PM, with weekends starting earlier, offering plenty of time to experience everything the fair has to offer before closing at 10 PM.
