Panama City Beach Summer Concert Series: 10 Weeks of Free Thursday Night Music

Every Thursday evening from June through early August, Panama City Beach hosts one of the Gulf Coast's most beloved free events: the Summer Concert Series at Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater. With a diverse 10-show lineup spanning soul, funk, bluegrass, sacred steel, 80s rock, and New Orleans jazz, there is something for every musical taste under the warm Florida sky.

The 2026 lineup is stacked with standout performances — highlights include NOLA funk master John Papa Gros on July 30, The Lee Boys on their 25th Anniversary Sacred Steel Tour on July 9, Body Double's high-octane 80s rock show on July 2, and the series-closing Gage Cowart Band bringing country fire on August 6. Every show is completely free, and you are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, coolers, food, and even your pets.
