The Village of Baytowne Wharf is going all out for Memorial Day Weekend 2026 with two nights of live music, family fun, and fireworks over the Lagoon. On Saturday, May 23, the Forrest Williams Band takes the Events Plaza stage from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, followed by a spectacular fireworks show at 9:15 pm. On Sunday, May 24, the Trest Richerson Band keeps the party going from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, capped with another round of fireworks.
Expect lawn games, DJ Mike Whitty spinning between sets, and hundreds of guests soaking up that bittersweet end-of-May energy. It's a free, family-friendly celebration that honors our veterans and kicks off summer the right way β with sand between your toes and fireworks overhead.
Best for families looking for an easy off-beach outing during a Destin or Miramar Beach stay.
Expect a family-friendly atmosphere, simple logistics, and an event that is easy to mix into a broader beach itinerary.
