Date TBD
Half Shells on the Harbor returns to HarborWalk Village in Destin on Saturday, November 12, 2026, from 1 to 4 PM — a coastal oyster celebration set against the scenic backdrop of Destin Harbor. Sample fresh Gulf oysters prepared every way imaginable, from classic raw on the half shell to Rockefeller-style baked preparations.
Live music by Beau & the Burners keeps the energy high on the Main Stage, while Chef Rifko of Oysters XO leads oyster shucking seminars. Browse the Regional Oyster Farmers Market to meet the growers behind your meal, and pair your shellfish with spirits, craft beers, and wines. Proceeds benefit the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance and the Choctawhatchee Bay Estuary Program, supporting the health of the bay ecosystem you're celebrating.
