More than 200 of America's finest painters, sculptors, potters, jewelers, glass artists, and artisans gather under the ancient live oaks to showcase and sell their work — making it one of the most prestigious and accessible art events in the Southeast.</p><p>The festival radiates cultural energy: live music fills the air with everything from jazz to bluegrass, Heritage Arts demonstrations showcase traditional crafts, and multiple performance stages feature dance troupes and community groups. The Children's Festival (Saturday and Sunday) keeps the youngest art enthusiasts engaged with hands-on activities, while the Student Art Show displays more than 2,000 pieces by local school students.</p><p>Best of all, admission is completely free.
