Grand Boulevard at Sandestin hosts its annual Halloween on the BOOlevard on October 31, transforming the open-air shopping and dining center into a festive trick-or-treating destination. From 4 to 6 PM, families including four-legged friends in costume are invited to stroll the outdoor lanes collecting treats from participating boutiques and restaurants.
