The 24th Annual Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic brings more than 80 elite sport-fishing boats roaring out of Baytowne Marina in a high-stakes chase for Blue Marlin, Wahoo, and Tuna. With more than $2 million in prize money on the line, this is the richest offshore fishing tournament on the Gulf Coast — and the excitement is completely free for spectators.
The drama peaks at the public weigh-ins held dockside at Baytowne Marina on Friday, June 19 (4–8 PM) and the Big Weigh-In on Saturday, June 20 (4–8:30 PM), where colossal catches are hauled to the scale as crowds cheer from the waterfront. Friday night caps off with a spectacular fireworks show over the lagoon at 9 PM.
