<p>Eggs on the Beach is the Emerald Coast's most beloved outdoor cooking competition — a celebration of culinary creativity centered around the iconic Big Green Egg ceramic cooker. Now in its 12th year, this annual EggFest at Seascape Towne Centre in Miramar Beach brings together backyard pitmasters, professional chefs, local restaurants, and nonprofit teams all competing for cash, trophies, and bragging rights while supporting two outstanding local charities.</p><p>Tasters receive unlimited bites from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. — grilled meats, smoked seafood, inventive side dishes, and everything in between cooked entirely on Big Green Eggs. Every attendee votes for their favorite dish, and one lucky winner walks away with their very own Mini-Max Big Green Egg. Live music sets the festive outdoor tone throughout the sunny November morning at this beautiful Miramar Beach venue.</p><p>Since its founding in 2013, Eggs on the Beach has donated over $295,000 to Fisher House of the Emerald Coast (supporting military families at Eglin AFB) and Food for Thought (providing weekend food backpacks for food-insecure children in Okaloosa County). Attending means eating incredibly well while making a lasting impact right here on the coast.</p>
