Every week from June through July, DJ Mike Whitty takes over the Events Plaza at 7:15 PM for a high-energy dance party that gets the whole family moving. Then at exactly 9:15 PM, the night sky above the shimmering Baytowne Lagoon erupts in a brilliant fireworks display — and every bit of it is completely free.</p><p>Baytowne Wharf sits nestled inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, a walkable village of restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment with a lantern-lit charm that's hard to beat. The lagoon setting makes the fireworks especially magical, reflecting off the water as the crowd oohs and aahs from the Events Plaza lawn.</p><p>Come early to grab dinner at one of the waterfront restaurants, browse the shops, and claim your spot before the show.
